一個工作周期內攪拌車主機系統少應清洗1次。每天可以生產活動結束后，則應對攪拌車主機信息進行比較的清洗，方法是：在清洗服務過程中，將水及少許石子放進攪拌主機內通過攪拌5～10min，清洗后將機內物料管理全部有效，不得有積水、積料;停機后再沖洗以及管道，攪拌罐內外環境灰塵和粘附的混凝土。

一般這種情況下，JS1000型攪拌設備主機之間加水約150～180kg左右，其他產品型號選擇主機可據此分析增減，也可自備高壓水槍或者進行數據清理。

在沖洗攪拌主機料門時，應避免上部沖洗下的積料形成異物卡滯料門現象。攪拌過程中，若混凝土運輸車較長時間沒有到位(超過20～30min，尤其在夏季)，應加水對攪拌機進行簡易清洗。

攪拌車設備正常生產期間，要定期檢查攪拌筒內及攪拌軸上混凝土的凝固情況，如有凝結應及時按要求進行人工鏟除。人工清理攪拌筒前，必須切斷電源、氣路，放凈余氣、鎖好控制室;人工清理攪拌筒時，嚴禁猛烈敲擊攪拌軸、攪拌臂及攪拌葉片。
