1、氣缸出現內、外泄漏，內漏是指氣缸活塞組件磨損嚴重，造成那個活塞前后竄氣，影響氣缸動作的快慢，嚴重時造成開關不到位；外漏是指活塞桿與氣缸接觸的端部密封件磨損嚴重而漏氣，造成活塞桿回復速度慢，甚回復不到位。

2、自上料攪拌車，氣缸的輸出力不足和動作不平穩，一般是因活塞或活塞桿被卡住、潤滑不良、供氣量不足，或缸內有冷凝水和雜質等原因造成的。對此，應調整活塞桿的中心；檢查油霧器的工作是否可靠；供氣管路是否被堵塞。當氣缸內存有冷凝水和雜質時，應及時。
