In order to eliminate the hidden danger of the concrete mixer in time, ensure that the concrete mixer is in good condition, and avoid the negative effect on the use of the equipment, the concrete mixer is not used for a long time. After the equipment is shut down, good equipment maintenance should be carried out, so as not to cause damage to the equipment.

一、混凝土攪拌機工作完成后,清掃攪拌機及相關配套設備各部位漿液、積灰。及時清洗攪拌機內及整機表面的灰塵、沾附的砼和油污，防止砼干結，保持清潔。將散裝水泥罐閘門關好，將螺旋管內水泥全部輸送出來，不要殘留任何水泥在管內。同時徹底清洗機械現場。

1、 After the completion of the concrete mixer, clean the slurry and ash in all parts of the mixer and related supporting equipment. Timely clean the dust, attached concrete and oil on the mixer and the surface of the whole machine to prevent concrete from drying and keep clean. Close the gate of the bulk cement tank, transport all the cement out of the spiral pipe, and do not leave any cement in the pipe. At the same time, clean the machine site thoroughly.

二、對混凝土攪拌機械進行維護保養，對各潤滑點加注潤滑油，對需保護部分涂油防銹。

2、 Maintain the concrete mixing machine, add lubricating oil to each lubricating point, and oil the parts to be protected to prevent rust.

三、混凝土攪拌機停機后將所有操作開關置于斷路位置，并關閉各電源開關。

3、 After the concrete mixer stops, put all operation switches in the open circuit position and turn off all power switches.
