1. 日常檢查攪拌筒拖輪，有無破損、松動及不正常聲音。每月加一次潤滑脂。

2. 日常檢查攪拌筒滾道，有無磨損、損傷及焊縫開裂。適時加涂潤滑脂，涂一薄層。
2. Daily check the mixing drum raceway for wear, damage and weld cracking. Apply lubricating grease in time and apply a thin layer.
3. 攪拌筒內部經常性沖洗，鏟刮粘著的混凝土。

1. 日常檢查減速機有無漏油，油量是否足夠，油內是否有雜質。初次換油時間為500工作小時，以后每2000工作小時或一年換一次油。

1. Daily check whether the reducer has oil leakage, whether the oil quantity is sufficient and whether there are impurities in the oil. The initial oil change time is 500 working hours, and then change the oil every 2000 working hours or once a year.
2. 每三個月檢查傳動軸法蘭螺栓有無松動，十字軸萬向節有無松動，每月加注一次潤滑脂。

1. 每六個月檢查油箱、加油口，有無污垢、漏油、油量是否足夠，清洗、修整、加油，補油或換油時必須經過過濾裝置過濾。

1. 日常檢查水管、接頭有無漏水，收緊管箍或更換。

2. 日常檢查閥門是否轉動靈活，修整或更換。
