At present, the concrete mixer is mostly automatic feeding, there are two common feeding methods, tipping feeding and climbing bucket feeding. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the two feeding methods.

一、提升傾翻式上料方式：

1、 Lifting and tipping feeding mode:

1.工作原理工作時，在鋼絲繩的牽引下，上料斗通過前后兩對滾輪分別沿上料架內外導軌爬行升起。當前滾輪運行到內導軌止點，料斗便以前滾輪為支點向上傾翻，物料通過料斗嘴口逐漸進入拌筒，當傾翻到料斗地面與水平線呈55°夾角時，料斗將受到限位裝置的控制而停止運動，物料全部進入拌筒。上料斗下落時，由鋼絲繩的松動使料斗反向運動恢復原位。

1. Working principle: under the traction of wire rope, the upper hopper crawls along the inner and outer guide rails of the feeding frame through two pairs of rollers. When the current roller moves to the stop of the inner guide rail, the hopper tilts upward with the former roller as the fulcrum, and the material gradually enters the mixing drum through the hopper mouth. When it tilts to the hopper ground, it is 55 degrees away from the horizontal line ° When the angle is set, the hopper will stop moving under the control of the limiting device, and all materials will enter the mixing drum. When the upper hopper falls down, the loosening of the steel wire rope makes the hopper move backward and return to its original position.

2.優點①工作比較直觀，便于操作和觀察。②當發生故障時很容易判明原因，及時進行維修。③上料裝置與拌筒部件為同一動力集中驅動，使整機總功率降低。

Advantages: (1) the work is intuitive and easy to operate and observe. ② When a fault occurs, it is easy to identify the cause and repair it in time. ③ The feeding device and the mixing drum are driven by the same power, which reduces the total power of the whole machine.

3.應用機型采用提升傾翻式上料的混凝土攪拌機主要有JZM系列摩擦滾筒式混凝土攪拌機、JZC350B/500滾筒式混凝土攪拌機，工程用混凝土攪拌機中也有JDC系列提升強制式混凝土攪拌機。

二、提升爬斗式上料方式：

2、 Lifting bucket feeding mode:

1.工作原理提升投料時，提升傳動機構帶動鋼絲繩通過滑輪牽引料斗沿上料架導軌向上爬行，當料斗被提升到投料位置時，斗底前滾輪進入水平岔道，而斗體繼續上升，迫使斗底與斗體已鉸軸為支點分離從而打開料門。隨著斗體的上升，料門逐漸開大，斗體內的物料經中間接料斗不斷投入拌筒。

When the hopper is lifted to the feeding position, the front roller at the bottom of the hopper enters the horizontal fork, and the bucket body continues to rise, forcing the bottom of the hopper and the bucket body to separate as a pivot, thus opening the material door. With the rising of the bucket body, the material door is gradually opened, and the materials in the bucket body are continuously put into the mixing drum through the intermediate hopper.

2.優點①料斗重 心位置合理，運行中無傾翻力矩，整機工作穩定可靠。②運行中料斗不溢料，灰塵較小。

2. Advantages: (1) the position of hopper center of gravity is reasonable, there is no tipping moment in operation, and the whole machine works stably and reliably. ② During operation, the hopper does not overflow and the dust is small.
