2.圓錐滾子軸承損壞，造成卷揚減速器嗓聲異常。

4.攪拌葉片磨損嚴重，沒有及時更換，造成間隙太大，石子卡塞過載，攪拌軸端支承裝置阻力太大，電壓偏低造成攪拌電機過熱。

5.軌道安裝不平行或者點擊制動器分離間隙過小，電壓偏低，使得卷揚電機過熱。

6.故障指示燈滅可能是因為料斗上升第=一個限位開關壞了或者是搖臂松動，撞針銹蝕，橡膠護套破損等等。

以上故障常用的排除方法有：

1.可以在使用前日常檢查時緊固聯結螺栓調平襯板。

1. The coupling bolts can be fastened to level the lining plate during daily inspection before use.

2.更換軸承。

2. Replace the bearing.

3.排除攪拌葉片與陳襯板間卡住的石子。

3. Remove the stones stuck between the mixing blade and the old lining plate.

4.更換葉片，調好間隙；在攪拌支承裝置加注潤滑脂。

4. Replace the blade and adjust the clearance; Add lubricating grease to the mixing support device.

5.調整軌道平行度，調整電機制動分離間隙。

5. Adjust the rail parallelism and the motor brake separation clearance.

6.修復或更換新的限位開關。

6. Repair or replace the limit switch with a new one.
